We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.

  • Orders are processed within 3–15 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

  • Customized orders may take longer (customer will be notified).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We partner with trusted courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days (subject to location and courier delays).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight/destination.

  • Free shipping may apply for select promotions (mentioned at checkout).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We’re not liable for delays/failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

  • Address changes can be made only before the order is dispatched.

7. Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Lost in transit: We’ll reship or refund after investigation.

  • Damaged items: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof for resolution.

8. Undeliverable Orders

  • If a package is returned to us (e.g., unclaimed/incorrect address), we’ll contact you for re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
