Returns & Refunds

At Nathulal Manmal, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (gold and silver coins/articles), we have the following policies:

  1. Return Window:

    • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, without scratches, or any signs of wear and tear.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Since gold and silver prices fluctuate, refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of equivalent grams of gold/silver (based on the original purchase).

    • Customers may also request to sell their gold/silver at current market rates, and the amount will be credited to their bank account.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Customized orders cannot be returned. However, customers may sell the gold/silver at market rates (minus applicable labor/making charges).

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Defective/damaged products: We cover return shipping.

    • Customer-initiated returns: Buyer bears return shipping costs.

  5. Proof of Purchase Required:

    • Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided for returns.
